BASIC is the ideal I-Tech dosing system for the fast and precise production of coloured glazes, engobes, inks, paints and varnishes.<\/p>\n
Its self-supporting structure includes a linear dosing head, dosing valves, motorised valve actuator, scale and procolor software for optimal production data management. In addition, the system allows logs, statistics and consumption to be exported to any ERP.<\/p>\n
With its ability to handle up to 12 circuits with their respective dosing valves, the system can easily and quickly dose semi-finished products, auxiliaries, additives, resins, glazes and chemicals used in industry. It can be easily integrated into existing dyeing systems and can handle batch preparations of up to 2800 kg.
