It is equipped with its own scale and is available in desktop or portable (trolley) versions. Entirely developed in-house in a Microsoft Framework environment with Visual Basic.net language, PROCOLOR software offers an intuitive and user-friendly multilingual interface for any interlocutor. COLORSKID requires minimal input: the screen requires the operator to select the desired job number or formula and batch size required. The scaled tare weight is automatically set by the computer, and the software shows the required weight of each component within the formula. The active window shows the actual weight of the component as it is being manually dosed. The software alerts the operator if, by mistake, the weight exceeds the programmed tolerance. If this happens, the operator can request the software to reformulate, to compensate for the error.
Per ogni lotto viene stampato un foglio riassuntivo di pesatura che mostra le informazioni esatte dello stesso. L’utente può visualizzare o stampare diversi report tra cui: formule dispensate, costo del lavoro, cronologia di produzione, disponibilità di magazzino, ecc. La tracciabilità della produzione è semplificata con l’uso di un sistema di codici a barre.
