INTELLYTILE BS is the new I-Tech artificial vision system for quality control and graphic recognition of large raw ceramic slabs. The INTELLYTILE update provides in fact the detection of printing defects and graphic defects on even higher surfaces without the need for a continuous setup significantly implementing production efficiency.

The newly launched model assigns the identification of models and defects to artificial neural networks and is therefore the ideal solution to check and control the final product with reference to a large set of characteristics related to geometry, shape, color, graphics, also for very high production cadency.

INTELLYTILE BS is installed in line, immediately after the inkjet printer, and provides to immediately identify mechanical errors such as holes, cracks, chipping of the slab, or graphic errors such as stains, drops or decorative defects.

The new version of INTELLYTILE can now check any size of slab or tile up to a maximum size of 160×320 cm.
The linear very high precision camera has a 4K resolution and shows a rapid and precise scan of the surface of the slab illuminated by specific LEDs, identifying and signaling the errors. The scan can be performed on any screen, even remotely or even through a second larger monitor to allow a better supervision.

The intuitive interface is customizable and easy to use and shows photos of the identified defects by specifying the type and their position in real time in order to allow to eliminate errors in a few seconds. Finally, the software can generate statistics and production reports at any time with the possibility of exporting or sharing updates on any company system or platform.

I-TECH technology provides INTELLYTILE BS to quickly learn new production settings without the need to be reprogrammed from time to time. The software is in fact able to “learn” dynamically the type of graphics used, identifying the number of possible faces and adapting its algorithms in order to automatically detect any defects ensuring a significant time saving for every operator.

INTELLYTILE BS therefore always indicates the origin of the graphic or mechanical defect of the ceramic tiles or slabs ensuring a drastic reduction in production costs and the number of wastes, as well as a considerable saving of time which turns into higher quality standards.
