Completed the installation of two COLORMIX MINITOWER automatic dosing systems for a top customer in the industrial coatings sector.

Our solution is suited to guarantee fast, precise and constant dosing for users with production requirements (cans and bins up to 20 lt/ 30 kg). The system is fully automated and the targeted control of the system is managed by the PROCOLOR supervision software. I-TECH’s automatic dosing systems are designed to minimise the operator’s inputs required to produce the required formulas in a few simple steps.

From the reports, it is possible to monitor the consumption of energy and compressed air used in the production process in order to make daily operations efficient. Process KPIs can also be mapped and monitored so that machine consumption and efficiency indices can be analysed.

Finally, among the many modules available, there is the possibility of tracing the date of origin of the batch so as to guarantee complete traceability of the product. This represents a guarantee of quality and safety for customers and allows any emergency situations to be handled quickly and effectively.
